There is so much beauty and involvement when we all meet together to make something work. Visions fail and dreams get forfeited if your team have no clue where you are all heading.
When you have a chance to be part of a building process, you become responsible by default about the growth and progress of what you are building.
You also never know how important you are in a place until no one can move without you.
Success is Partnership, Family is team work.
A team is never complete until all the members are complete
and for sure EYF Gospel Rantya, don’t plan on moving without a complete part.
You never imagine the depth buried in people until you choose to listen to what they say rather than make them listen to you. Bonding time gave us a chance to all speak and be part of building a growing family.
